Operations, Data and Metrics @ Webinar
Jul 15 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

About the Workshop

An introduction and overview of operations at startups, starting from how various startup strategies need to inform metrics and therefore what is measured, reported, and done tactically

The speaker will introduce the concept of analyzing a startup as a "production line", how we can break it down into blocks, analyze each block, and de-bottleneck / optimize processes

This leads into CAC:LTV as a holistic measure of the startup
