About the Workshop

Sales planning and forecasting is crucial for almost every business and sales organization because it affects sales deployment, activity planning, budgeting and operations. Our speaker, Agnes Lan, will be on site to a step by step approach to planning and set you up for success.

The secret to hitting your goals is the right planning. Setting up a formal sales plan makes sure you and your prospect -- and anyone else associated with the purchase decision -- are on the same page. It also makes the sales process more manageable for a prospect who’s never gone through a major purchase decision before by taking a gargantuan task and breaking it up into little, achievable pieces. How to make accountability work to your advantage by creating commitment and buy-in. And how to minimize distractions, balance competing obligations, and make sure you stay on track! In this seminar, we will:

1) Create the sales plan for 2019/20

2) Look at new business acquisition strategies and tactics

3) Existing business growth strategies and tactics

4) Get buy-in from stakeholders on the plan

With experience in the assessment, strategy, design, and implementation of business transformations in various industries with a focus on sales, she has a knack for breaking down complex strategies into tangible business tactics, specializing in leadership training and sales transformations. For Agnes, there is nothing greater than seeing her fellow peers and small and midsize businesses succeed.
