Karen Bozynski started her career in electronics manufacturing 25 years ago, with Celestica. From R&D of wire-bond metallurgy and solder joint optimization, she became a lean manufacturing expert across factories worldwide, implementing and leading best practices to make Canadian factories more cost-efficient than lower-cost geographies. This enables companies to manufacture in Canada and come to market confidently with sound quality and pricing. After Celestica, Karen led an IoT startup at MaRS, which has integrated its technology into products you can buy at The Source and Indigo. Karen joined Microart earlier this year, and enjoys working with fellow entrepreneurs to help them bring their products to market fast and with confidence.
